How do you as a shop owner feel about giving discounts to assist
in consumer's deductibles? We asked similar questions to our
customers to see how they felt about this issue. Below are the
results of that survey. There were 103 respondents nationwide.

(i.e.: discounting your estimate) when it comes to paying their
