Mr. Eric Seidel,
President and
CEO

Mr. Seidel, age 45, has a lengthy background in the claims/auto
insurance business. From November 1999 until December 2005,
Mr. Seidel was the CEO of a publicly traded, insurance claims
technology & claims outsourcing company which he
co-founded. That company provided technology tools that
connected auto insurance companies to a national network of over
2,500 body shops. The company enjoyed many successful
accomplishments during Mr. Seidel's term as CEO, including the
successful execution of strategic partnerships with ADP, service
contracts with CNA Insurance, AAA Insurance, and Fireman's Fund
Insurance. The company was recognized on two occasions as one
of the fastest growing public companies in America by Ernst &
Young's annual ranking. When Mr. Seidel became the CEO, the
company was generating $730K in annual revenues, when Mr. Seidel
left in 2005, the company had annual revenues of $14M.
From September 1997 to November 1999, Mr. Seidel served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. During his term as VP of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Seidel successfully launched the company's new products into the market place and directed sales to over 28 insurance companies. Prior to co-founding the company, Mr. Seidel was the National Manager of Insurance Products for a New York based fleet management company called Salex where he established and built a new national program for providing fleet services to P&C Insurance companies.
Mr. Seidel's community service includes having served a term as Vice Mayor for the City of Oldsmar. Mr. Seidel served on the Oldsmar City Council from January 2007 to October 2009. He is the past National President of the United States Jr. Chamber of Commerce.
Matt
Shanks,
Executive Vice
President

Matt Shanks currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Web-Est, and has been since 2007. Mr. Shanks' primary responsibility is in the management of Web-Est Operations. He serves as the overseer of product management, technical support, and sales and marketing. He assists the sales team in expanding the customer base of Web-Est by conducting sales activity on a regular basis as well as also strategizing ways to contact new customers through various marketing techniques. With 20 years of knowledge about the auto collision industry, Mr. Shanks also leads the effort with the executive team in product development and management with the intent to assist body shop owners and managers in any way they do business.
Mr. Shanks began his career in the auto collision industry working as a sales representative at Comp-Est, Inc., in 1994. After leading the company in the expansion of its customer base to 500% over a four year period, he became the company's Senior Sales Representative. In 1998, Mr. Shanks expanded his responsibilities of leading the sales department to include managing the product development effort as well as the marketing of the Comp-Est product. In 2000, Mr. Shanks became National Sales Director and a Senior Partner at Comp-Est, leading the company to $10 million in earnings annually. He also helped to broker a marketing agreement between Comp-Est and MOTOR, Inc. to market and distribute all automotive collision and repair products nationally through Superior Solutions Marketing, a division of Trevethan Enterprises. From 2003 until 2006, Mr. Shanks served as the Chief Operating Officer for Trevethan Enterprises, overseeing the management and execution of the company's objectives.
Mr. Shanks has Bachelor's of Arts degrees in English and Classical Literature, as well as a Master of Arts in English, all obtained from The Ohio State University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and writing, playing golf, and watching his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.
Ryan
Blade,
Chief Information
Officer
Ryan Blade currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Web-Est. As a senior database administrator and a Level Three Programmer, Ryan's responsibility is the management of the Web-Est database and Information Technology team. Ryan and his team manage the produce line to ensure that it operates efficiently for customers
Mr. Blade, a communications specialist during Operation Desert Storm, was Vice-President of Information Technology at a publicy traded, claims management company, in which he managed the technology department and worked to provide shop owners new ways to utilize technological advances in the industry. He was also the Senior Database Administrator for MFG.com, an internet-based corporation that specializes in online marketing. Mr. Blade is the husband of 16 years to Gretchen Blade, and is father of two sons, Josh and Justin.
Amber Seidel,
Office
Manager
Mrs. Seidel oversees the daily office operations, including all accounting functionality to include past due receivables and accounts payable transactions. Mrs. Seidel has 8 years experience in the auto claims industry at a publicy traded claims management company, where she spent 5 years in a management role. Her roles there included the accounting department as well as managing the company's largest department of employees in their Claims Department. Amber also holds a Florida Insurance Adjusters license.
In her spare time she enjoys being with family, boating, jet skiing, swimming, reading and watching her favorite TV shows.
Dan Murphy
Senior Account Executive
Dan Murphy currently serves as the Sales Manager for Web-Est, leading the team in acquiring new accounts, and sales and product training. Dan works with the executive and sales team to establish new ways of communicating with potential customers and ways to improve customer service. Dan spends a lot of his time training new sales representatives and coaching existing representatives.
Dan has spent 25 years in the retail car business as a salesperson and manager in Northeast. Arriving in Florida in 1999 with his wife and children, he began working as a claims auditor with a publicly traded claims management company. Eventually, Dan moved to the resale department of eAutoclaims, where he helped shops purchase both Mitchell and Audatex estimating software.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, and building remote control sail and power boats.
Ron Bouley
Senior Account Executive

Ron Bouley serves as an Account Executive for Web-Est and is responsible for acquiring new accounts. Ron helps to train body shops on the collision estimating and operations products to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of Web-Est tools.
He acts as the company's contact person for all accounts he acquires. Ron has extensive experience in the technical and service industries. He received his education from the C.H. Patten Vocational School and attended the Operator's A School in the U.S. Navy, earning top marks in his class. He spent ten years as the heavy machine operator at Prime Net, Inc. and spent several years of his career in the medical service field, such as Comp Care and Analogic, Inc.
In his spare time, he enjoys time with his wife, kids and grandkids, coaching little league T-Ball, and watching football.
Becky Nabors,
Account Executive; Lead Technical Support

Becky Nabors is responsible for all technical inquiries regarding Web-Est products. She assists customers in their questions regarding the operation of the Collision Estimate program, as well as manages all orders for the Consumer Repair Network. In addition to handling the technical support department, she also manages accounting inquiries, processes new account orders, and conducts new employee training.
Becky has spent 18 years of her career in customer service. Her time in the auto-collision industry began in 2000 at a publicly traded claims management company, initially serving as a sales and marketing associate, where she assisted sales representatives and their customers. Afterwards, she became a Claims Service Leader and Supervisor where she oversaw claims coordinators and handled customer service calls. Later, Becky became a product manager, providing technical and administrative assistance to customers utilizing the company's primary products, while also being responsible for the marketing of the product to customers.
She holds an Associates degree from Jefferson College, in Hillsboro, Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoys going the beach, watching American Idol and Big Brother, and spending time with her children.
JR Seidel,
Director of Internet Marketing

JR currently serves as Director of Internet Marketing. JR is responsible for creating new ways Web-Est can reach out to body shops via the internet, while also managing the different marketing campaigns Web-Est pursues. He does this primarily through the optimization of the Web-Est web-site on various search engines and ad placement on various pages throughout the internet.
JR began his career in customer service working as an assistant to legal professionals, beginning in 2004. His primary responsibility was to implement strategies for attorney's to build their client base and also assist the attorney and client in the management of their case. JR holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stetson University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Mercer University. He is also a Certified Google AdWords Professional, and is in the process of completing his Internet Marketing certification with the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) Institute.
In his spare time, he enjoys time with family and friends, getting involved with the community, playing and watching sports, and trying to improve his terrible golf handicap.
