<p class="body_text">Web-Est is pleased to announce a product
update that was rolled out this past weekend. The company just
completed a major re-development in our VIN-decode database. The
project has been underway for many months and required a complete
re-write of major system components.</p>

<p><strong>The new VIN decode information now includes the
following information</strong>:</p>

<ul>
<li class="body_text">Year,&nbsp;</li>

<li class="body_text">Make,&nbsp;</li>

<li class="body_text">Model,&nbsp;</li>

<li class="body_text">Drive Type,&nbsp;</li>

<li class="body_text">Engine Type,&nbsp;</li>

<li class="body_text">Transmission Type</li>
</ul>

<p class="body_text">The additional information also prints out on
the completed PDF estimate.</p>

<p class="body_text">This project was a direct reflection of
customer feedback. All of us at Web-Est want to thank our customers
who took the extra time to share their feedback on the enhancements
they wanted to see on the Web-Est estimating software. We are
committed to continuing to build and improve the system based on
requests from our customers.</p>

<p class="body_text">Web-Est shared an article on their website,
which was written by CEO Eric Seidel. When thinking about your
growing and marketing a business, Mr. Seidel encouraged shops to
think about what makes them different from their competition. "You
don't have to spend a lot of money, but you do have to keep looking
for things on how to make your shop stand-out from the others and
make sure that it is in a way the customer can understand," said,
Mr. Seidel. "Customers want it to be something different for them
and are not always impressed with the shop's years of service or
the investment into their tools." You can read the full article by

<p class="body_text">Mr Robert Winfrey, a guest writer for Web-Est,
shared his thoughts on ways to use the estimating process to keep
your customers from taking their business elsewhere. "Alot of the
time when insurers do not inspect a drivable car they tell the
customer to go get three estimates. Well 9 times out of 10 unless
that customer is sold on you and your shop, they are going to go
with the cheapest of the estimates." Mr. Winfrey goes on to share
various methods that he's learned for cutting costs while still
protecting the shop's bottom line. You can read the full post by

<p class="body_text">Oldsmar Florida. Web-Est LLC, provider of an
online auto collsion estimating program, has announced its product
ability to integrate into CollisionLink, the leading Original
Equipment (OE) parts procurement solution from OEConnection LLC.
With the rollout of its latest product update, released early last
week, OEConnection has established seamless integration between the
Web-Est collision estimating software product and
CollisionLink.</p>

<p class="body_text">Web-Est body shop customers are now able to
send their auto collision estimates electronically to their
respective OE parts suppliers. CollisionLink automatically scrubs
the data by VIN and verifies every part on the estimate, allowing
dealerships to respond with greater speed and accuracy. In addition
to extending the CollisionLink core value proposition of reduced
returns, improved accuracy and improved customer satisfaction, the
integrated solution will help Web-Est customers take advantage of
automaker parts programs. These programs are designed to help shops
utilize more OE parts instead of aftermarket. Today, CollisionLink
administers competitive parts marketing programs on behalf of Ford,
GM, Chrysler, Nissan, Honda, and Volkswagen.</p>

<p class="body_text">Eric Seidel, Web-Est CEO/President stated, "We
are very excited to have the parts ordering integration between our
auto collision estimating system and CollisionLink." Seidel
continued "This integration provides our customers with yet another
powerful, time-saving benefit within the Web-Est product. Using
CollisionLink, our shops have the opportunity to streamline their
OE parts ordering processes and better serve their customers."</p>

<p class="body_text">Mark Tomasetti, Sr. Vice President &amp; Chief
Commercial Officer of OEConnection added, "The integration with
Web-Est represents an important partnership for OEConnection and
our CollsionLink product team. Most importantly, it will help body
shops improve their parts ordering efficiency and accuracy so that
they can repair cars faster and more economically."</p>
